The surroundings of the restaurant, as well as the restaurant itself, are very beautiful. However, the service cannot be called service (we had ordered a set table for our birthday four weeks in advance. We got a table that was quickly pushed together without any decoration) We had to wait almost two hours for our orders without the staff reported us. When the food finally arrived, we were very disappointed because the meat we ordered was totally tough. The rest of the food was fine.

Very nice location. Unfortunately it was closed. With wonderful sunshine and a nice walk around the lake, we were able to admire the very beautiful and well-kept property. We had to satisfy our thirst for coffee elsewhere. We weren't the only ones who left disappointed.

Hello my dears, we were with you at the weekend and were simply thrilled by the warm service and the excellent food! We thank you for the great atmosphere and for a great afternoon / evening in the Bullmühle! Even our kids loved it. Big potential! The location and surroundings are just fantastic. Beautifully natural and quiet with great half-timbered houses. There is even a nice area outside (with bouncy castle) for children to play. The restaurant is also well furnished and the facility is well maintained. I am all the more disappointed with the staff. It should be mentioned that although there were some guests, the number was still manageable. At first it took a while until we were accepted, which was annoying but manageable. When we got a seat, you immediately noticed that the waiters were totally retrained and unstructured. The waitress came to the table and asked what we wanted to eat, but hadn't even received a menu. It took about 5 to 10 minutes until we received it. We then ordered a schnitzel + fries with extra mayonnaise and fresh asparagus + potatoes with extra ham. The menu in the dining pond is small, but contains many appealing dishes. The food came relatively quickly, which pleased us. But we had to point out the missing cutlery three times. The cutlery is usually brought first. When we informed the waiter that the mayonnaise and the ham were missing, he scurried away and then arrived about 5 - 10 minutes later and brought us ham and hollandaise sauce. We would have to wait another 5 minutes for the mayonnaise. By then we had the french fries as good as on. The schnitzel tasted very good. Praise to the cook. Unfortunately, the asparagus was still firm and there is still potential for an increase in taste. Very annoying. We also watched the other guests. Everything seemed to go smoothly for them. The communication between the wait staff and the guests also leaves a lot to be desired. Food and drinks are put on the table without a word and quickly "eaten". When we wanted to pay, it took some time for someone to cash in. We did not tip today because we were not happy with the service. Apparently that didn't suit the staff at all, since after the payment they simply ran wordlessly, grumpily. Conclusion: super great location, bad staff. If you work on the staff, it could be a real gold mine!
